BAD DELIVERY TIME - GREAT PRODUCT!

The product is great! however when you order on the website you wait very long for your order, ive ordered 31 March today is 5 April and it still says processing. I previously orderd through an agent and received my order in 2 days... I think they can deliver faster..... Ive emailed them on the 2nd, and still awaiting reply....
