Service Excellence from Montego Pet Nutrition

With the recent publication regarding moldy pet food from Montego, I would like to praise them for their speedy response to my complaint with regards to this. I purchased a 25kg Classic Adult bag on 1 October 2019 at a Pet Shop in Paarl and a week later noticed that my dogs were not interested in eating anymore. Low and behold, I checked the dog food and found it to be moldy. I sent an email this morning to lodge a complaint and half hour later I received feedback requesting my contact and delivery details. I just received a new 25kg bag which was delivered to my door. Thank you for reacting so positive and providing excellent service.
