Serious Problem with Montego Karoo senior dog food.

I bought a 15Kg bag of the Montego Karoo (senior) last week( 24 January 2024) same brand my dogs have been on for months and it has made them both terribly ill (they both had explosive diarrhea). I stopped the food and have been giving them chicken and rice for the past few days and immediately the diarrhea stopped. One of my dogs has also experienced an unusual amount of hair loss. I did send a private email to info@montego but have had no reply.
