Quality control non existing

I bought a bag of Montego classic puppy food small to medium breed on the 11 of June 2023 at Cat box Centurion lifestyle centre.

I opened the bag only on the 16th of June 2023. I realized that the dog does not want to eat the food(I’ve been giving this food since he’s been 8weeks). We have never had an issue before.

I then went to check in his bowl if something is wrong, the I saw its full of worms (brown, black in colour) I then went and looked in the bag and the bag is full of these worms. I then checked the expire date on the bag and THIS BAGS BEST BEFORE DATE IS ALREADY ON THE 30TH OF October 2022???? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!!

I sent an email on Tuesday to you with no response. Shame on me to think that I would get better service.
