Outstanding customer service from Montego Pet Nutrition.

I have recently had a problem with moldy Montego Karoo dog food. I contacted Montego and had an immediate response from Marlee, the Marketing Officer. She confirmed the problem and the customer service encountered was certainly the best I have ever received from any company. It was a pleasure dealing with her and as ambassador for Montego she did them proud. The manner in which my complaint was dealt with gives me confidence to continue purchasing their products in the future. It goes without saying that I was compensated for the loss of the spoilt dog food. All in all this was an experience to remember. Thank you Marlee and Montego, you value your good name.
