Never use Montego or vuma again after care service absolutely poor

I have around 4 adult Rottweilers and 3 pups at the moment I use a minimum 60kgs of puppy food a month and around 75kgs of adult dog food, I used science plan for around 8years and never had a problem, 3months ago I decided to use Montego which was the biggest mistake ever I had to get rid of 3bags dog food due to it been mouldy and looking rotten I thereafter blamed 1 of my workers as I thought it was because of the heat in the room it was kept it in not knowing at the point of time it was because of a factory fault, when I did report this incident I was then recommended vuma dog food which I did not know was made by Montego 2weeks ago I took my 5year old daughter to the doctor regarding a fungal allergy that she came up with on her hands after investigating this matter I noticed it was due to the worms that have been in my bag of dog food, I spoke to a very pleasant lady by the name of Roxanne she therefore told me that she would hand the matter over, but from then no1 has contacted me regarding this matter montego does not take their customers seriously, customer care department absolutely poor I called in around 4times this morning all lines are busy and I keep getting told that customer care employees are in a meeting
