Mouldy food but replaced on same day of laying a complaint:-)

I bought a 25kg bag of dog food, found mould on the food. Called the customer service on the 16th Oct stating this, they said they had a problem with moisture in some August batches and that they will delivery a new pack on or the next day. They managed to delivery it on the same day. I'm extremely happy with the service I received but I will be monitoring the food in future.
