Mouldy food

We bought the Karoo Trout, Lamb and rice from Westpack Pets in bel-air shopping center. The food is mouldy and smells sour, have been using this food for a few months to feed our 5 cats and they all refuse to eat it!!! Sent an email from there web site (which they apparently never got) I got an email address from them to email again.... To which they also apparently never received. Was told that they would send me an email after I gave them all the info over the phone. Surprisingly that email never arrived. These people clearly don't care about the animals they claim to be supplying nutritious food for!!!
