Mouldy dog food

Last week on Saturday the 4th of September I bought 25kg of montego classic dog food and when I opened it on Tuesday it was mouldy, when I sent it back to the petshop in Mitchells Plain the shop owner advised me to complain directly from you not them. I now have to buy another dog food again because I can't feed my dogs mouldy food. I am very unhappy about this as it is not the first time this happens being sold mouldy dog food although the shop owner took it back the last time but now he refused I had to come back home with the food.
