Yesterday, late afternoon, I sent an email to Montego Pet Nutrition complaining about a skin irritation suffered by my puppy after eating Montego Puppy Classic. The rest of my adult dogs are on Montego for over three years. I received a response almost immediately from the Marketing Manager Marlee Smith. Marlee took the time to give me an ingredient breakdown of the product range and the possible reasons for skin irritation outbreak. It made absolute sense. She provided me with video material as well. Very early this morning, I received a call from the Montego Rep, the very polite Mr JP Wessels who had a replacement bag ready for collection.
