Montego Hypoallergenic for cats - 4kg

Good day I Bought a 2kg hypoallergenic karoo cat food for my cats, it really helped with their sensitive skin and my cats were for the first time in a long time enjoying their pellets. Decided to buy a 4kg hypoallergenic after the 2kg was done, since I was so impressed with the 2kg. I immediately noticed that the color was not the same as the 2kg I bought. Didn't worry too much didnt even cross my mind that there could be something wrong with this packet. After 3 or 4 days of feeding cats, my one cats skin allergy got so severe that I had to discontinue giving it to him. He has come out in severe rash and bumps, scratching like never before, open wounds and continuously licking himself. Really dissappointed in Montego for doing this. This has now cost me more money to go the vet and get medication, never mind the expense, the trauma my poor baby is going through. Looking for a full refund please, if you could get back to me urgently. I have emailed you twice, waiting on a reply. ***
