Montego dog food mouldy

I bought a bag of large breed puppy that was mouldy, the store manager and Company rep both saw the mould, hence the rep sending it for testing. I then received an email from the company stating that there was no mould found and that the food was fresh. Cleary they only tested the pellets that had no mould and could not care less about the problem at hand.
