Montego Classic Dry Dog Food
On 24 November I contacted Montego Pet Nutrition with a complaint about their Montego Classic Dry Dog food and I was asked to E-mail my complaint to them which I did and recieved a quick response from them. to date I have sent numerous mails including picture of what the dry food looks like, the dry food appears to have weevils in it and the vet was horrified when he saw the dry food. Both my dogs are now not well due to the food and I have had to personally settle a vets bill. Being a unemployed person I now have no money to feed myself.. I seriously considering changing my brand of dry dog food and doubt I will be buying Montego going forward.

My faith was restored in Montego on Sunday morning when I received a WhatsApp from Marne. It seems like for some reason I never received any of her follow-u Emails that she sent to me last week. Marne also called me this morning to tell me that a replacement bag of dry food has been authorised. Marne truly went above and beyond the call of duty by sending a message on a Sunday which is not even a working day for her. Thank you Marne for the excellent service. Montego Pet Nutrition should be extremely proud and honoured to have Marne as part of their team.
