Great service Montego

Our dogs have been on Montego Karoo for many years. We he an issue with the latest bag of food. I contacted Montego via email regarding the issue.

The following day I was contacted by Marne Troskie. She was very helpful and professional. She arranged for the bag of food to be replaced.

This afternoon one of the consultants, Philip Immelman delivered the new bag of food at our home.

I have to compliment Philip for the professional manner in which he communicated with me since yesterday.

He kept me up to date the entire time on when he was going to deliver the product.

He is a very friendly person but also very professional.

Then I would also like to compliment Marne for the professional service delivered.

She was always friendly and very professional. Her response time to emails were very fast and she kept me up to date with the situation regarding my query regarding the food.

The 2 of them are the kind of person that a customer would like to deal with everyday.
