Fabulous customer service!

We were recommended to change to Montego as one of our dogs was having allergy problems. As it helped, we have been buying the food for a couple of years without problem until now. The last bag we bought, whilst it looked OK, the dogs were not keen to eat it and their condition dropped. We assumed that it was due to the problem they've been having with mould and so contacted Montego.

We quickly received a very helpful response by email from Marlee. Montego straight away offered to replace the bag, only asking questions to help them deal with the problem. They delivered a replacement bag to us on the next working day. I cannot see how they could have handled things any better than they did! Much appreciated.
