Disappointed Costumer

I am a supporter of the Montego brand for over 5 years now. Very disappointed with Montego on the adult 10 kg bag food. The food did not seem right but when we checked it, we could not pick up anything wrong with it. I purchase a 10kg for my pet and last night when I dropped her food into her bowl, I noticed that it looked mouldy. Upon investigation I found that most of the food on the bottom half of the bag and green mould and was sticky. I was actually quite shocked and worried, as I had given my pet this food already. I have even taken out pictures of the condition of the food. I had checked the MD it was 07/08/19 and BBD was 03/04/2020 so not sure why the food was like this… its rather expensive and quite disappointing as I needed to go purchase another bag as I wouldn’t give my pet this……she only eats Montego Please can you urgently look into this batch I have the photos as proof I will await feedback Thank you Mr Y Naicker ***
