Disappointed and disatisfied customer

On 2016/03/21 I purchased Monty and Me 25kg puppy chunks from Pet Cetera in Phoenix Durban. Only to find weevils in the food. What's surprising this was 2nd encounter with this brand from Montego. I called and went back to the pet store at my cost and being inconvenienced on a public holiday. They exchanged the bag i came home and again I found weevils . I called and took it back at my cost.Prior to my arrival the manager Darius opened a bag and found weevils. Again we opened the 4th bag and found weevils. I was saddened with the product. I had to buy another brand for my dogs. Montego wanted to silence me with just 2xbags as they did the last time. I am now informing the health dept. As well as my attorneys and consumer protection. I was a loyal supporter of Montego i feel that their compensation is too little and too cheap for a company that inflates their prices on an annual basis. Management needs to be taking customers seriously and give more value to them. I have seen 4 bags with contamination, I have video footage as well as pictures the least they could have done is 6 to 12 months of supply because it being my 2nd ordeal. No thanks to you Montego Pet Nutrition.
