Concerned Pet Owner

I have just about had a fit when I got home after working on site for a 3 month period to find my dogs as thin as rakes. The man taking care of them got a horrible call and told me that of then3 bags of karoo dog food was faulty. I have already had a previous experience with this dog food so I just threw it out and life went on. But this time I have had it. He says the 1 was fine because he put that in my outbuildings bathroom. But the other 2 were so bad it had mould and worms and even ants in it. He said he had to through Jeyes fluid for weeks to get the storage area in my garage free from these ants. I am really going to take this matter further as I can't just throw a my money away and keep quiet. Plus my dogs are suffering!!! I would like my 2 bags replaced before the end of business today!!!! And a extra one for my previous bag. Or I will be reporting this matter to the ombudsman . because this is my dogs lives that are been messed with. I don't give a hoot how. But I will not pay again...… And to make matters worse they refuse to eat any other brand. Even Acana they will not eat. So please include a list of the ingredients in this dog food it will make it easier for me to find another brand. Cause I have had it..... !!!!!
