Best service EVER from Montego! This is a WOW!

Wow wow wow. I was a bit miffed when I weighed my apparently short filled tub of chewies I'd bought for my collies who adore them. I called their customer line and chatted with just the friendliest lady ever. She was very sympathetic and we nattered for ages. She asked me to send an email note to another lady who handles complaints who in turn asked me to send in my street address. I thought they would replace the tub, but no! A courier arrived with a huge hamper of doggy goodies to spoil me collies with by way of an apology for the disappointingly short fill of my tub. I cannot express how brilliant these people are. they are truly committed to customer and doggy satisfaction. Thank you Marne and Natania. You are stars!
