Bad smell, dogs refuse to eat Montego Classic

Good day,

I bought a 10kg bag of Montego Classic at Absolute Pets Bell Air about 2 days ago.

The food has a pungent fungal smell. My dogs initially reluctantly ate some of it but are now refusing their food.

One of them has an upset tummy.

I have emailed the barcode and Date coding. Please check if the food is safe for consumption. I would also like to request a refund, I am happy to return the food.
