Bad Food - Bad Service

I've spent a fortune on Montego pet food over the years. Last week I opened a 25kg bag which was completely covered in mold! No reply from the call I logged with them. What was worse was that I topped up an existing bucket of chunks, which means I potentially lost over 30kg of food.
