Worst service ever

Saturday morning 14 September 2024 My mom, son and I decided to go have breakfast at Billy Gs monte casino and on our surprise that branch doesn't offer breakfast.

We opted for lunch So down stairs sitting arrangements were all open and chilly so we went upstairs. We were told that they have the same food as down stairs. To our surprise that was a lie We asked the waiter for sauce for chips and she told us straight up that we have to go down stairs to get it ourselves Our table didn't have enough cutlery And the waiters didn't want anyone upstairs so they could have time to gossip about their own problems. The food looked good but tasted bad and cold Meat was not properly cooked 😒 Stew was raw Braai chops were hard to bite and chew 😫 Dessert was limited upstairs yho their straight cake was stale Mulva pudding was actually ****** cake with custard 😆 I laughed and asked what stant are they trying to pull here.

Then we went downstairs They had a whole different meal from upstairs Dessert was even more with ice cream included So we took ice creams and sat down Yho to get more disappointment even worse The ice cream was full of ice not cream , cheap things 🤢 we even found piece of a broken cup in it worse it was my mums ice cream that had that. And she doesn't have the best eyesight she could have swallowed it if I didn't see it in time So much negligence staff is worn-out and exhausted R280 just went to waste 🗑 I have pictures to support my statement
