I had issues with the table space given to me and my family, as much as the table issue was sorted eventually but Ow my God the Manager😳😳😳 very unprofessional at addressing me and addressing the issue. Even though our waitress served us fairly. Just when we were about to leave my son vomited where we were sitting and upon letting them know I was given paper towel to clean the puke with no other assistance from the staff. We let them know that the paper towels were not enough to wipe the whole thing. They brought me a mop😳😳 I asked for water and a bucket they told me they were preparing it. We waited until we couldn't anymore. I was very shocked for an upmarket buffet to not be able to provide cleaning services or atleast someone to help with mopping. It was my first time coming across such in all my restaurants experience. Zero hospitality!!! I then went to the door to the lady who had said they would bring a bucket to tell her I have wiped the floor but I was not assisted further and have been waiting since. She just coldly said owk, we will see. The manager was there too, she didn't say anything, no courtesy, no apology, I'm not sure which skills landed her the post but wow😳😳 I still feel like I was at a different Billy G. I'm big on good service and this new version of billy G is just not it.I'm definitely going to cancel my upcoming bookings.

Formal Complaint Regarding Misleading Promotion and Service Experience - Billy G Montecasino
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with Billy G on 13 February. I made an online reservation on 9 February for 12 February. On 11 February, I received a confirmation call during which I enquired about the 30% promotion and was advised that it would remain valid until 13 February. Based on this information, I requested that my booking be moved to 13 February, which was confirmed. On 12 February, I received a further confirmation call and again specifically asked whether the promotion was still valid. I was once more assured that it was. However, upon arrival at the payment station on 13 February, to my shock was informed that the promotion was no longer valid and was told that the back office"doesnt know anything" I felt embarrassed, frustrated and forced to pay more than i had planned, simply to avoid causing a scene. In order to avoid inconvenience to other customers behind me, I proceeded to settle the full amount(WHICH I STRONGLY FEEL ITS UNFAIR) I thereafter requested to speak to the manager on duty inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, the matter was dismissed with no attempt to investigate or provide a resolution, and I was simply informed that nothing could be done.'SORRY' I find this extremely concerning, as my decision to proceed with the booking was based solely on information provided by your staff. This resulted in me paying more than anticipated, which I would not have agreed to had accurate information been given. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate feedback be provided. I believe customers should be able to rely on information given by your representatives. I look forward to your response.

Bad after service
Had my year end function year, food was lovely and service great. But when it comes to refunds and doing what is right by the customer, there is a huge fuss. Making it a completely unpleasant experience. Still waiting.

Bad customer service
We were at BillyG with school kids and the staff was not nice, they kept telling the kids to sit down while the kids wanted to dish up mind you it’s a buffet setting. We had a booking of +-250 people. The gate kept the ice cream we had to keep asking for it. The food was 9/10 satisfactory. #BLACKFRIDAY
