Refund request

I have since sent refund request documents on the 3rd December 2024. Reminder emails and phone calls have been made and no responses nor payment done.

They have a 7-14 days refund policy and today marks 26 days. I could not fulfill some of my Christmas wishes due to this inconvenience.
