****** Clothing and wrong booking

I booked a room online which was supposed to have a balcony and a private pool. The room we were given had neither. Eventually after arguing this for a while and showing staff the email with room details the manager, Anthony, offered yo move us into another unit. Unfortunately this cottage had no private pool either nor a double bed nor a view as initially advertised online. Did not receive one apology. On check out I left my boardshorts hanging in the bathroom. When I returned the next day the manager was unable to locate them. He mentioned that he will investigate and refer back to me asap. Almost a month later he has not contacted me. When I skaed him about it via whatsapp he had no idia what I was talking about and certainly did not investigate anything as he said he would. Shocking service to say the least.
