Security concerns at ****** Valley Resort
My experience at ****** Valley was not good, security system is very weak and visitor's belongings are not protected. The staff did very little to help and provide information which could help me get the details of the person who knocked my car and left without taking responsibility. The absence of CCTV cameras not only leave the vehicles unprotected but also raises broader concerns about the overall safety.

Security concerns at ****** Valley Resort
My experience at ****** Valley was not good, security system is very weak and visitor's belongings are not protected. The staff did very little to help and provide information which could help me get the details of the person who knocked my car and left without taking responsibility. The absence of CCTV cameras not only leave the vehicles unprotected but also raises broader concerns about the overall safety.

Bad Service. And Management Jason have to go for customers service traing
, Management Tracy takes long to respond on emails and calls,We booked 8rooms in December 2025 which we weren't happy with ,After numerous calls regarding the refund we were send from pillar to post We had to follow it up with paygenuis our self The 2nd part of the refund which was R26.000rand only reflected now in February2026 . As for Jason thats part of management ,He Argued was extremely rude with my daughter's Mom in Law and has being sarcastic on top of it ,Totally Disgusted in him After they hve explained to him the rooms the bedding was dirty ,door couldn't locked He was given them a hard time ,And all our guests that were frm Quataar that just wanted a bed to sleep on with clean bedding, rooms weren't even ready for them,All they wanted was, Service and and Apology for the rooms that weren't prepared .,Instead Jason was arguing with her on the phone and still telling her sarcastically, OH you must tell me where you guys going to book in now cause the places are full. ,Guys I am not making these things up But ****** Valley Resort ,We As A Family Are Totally Dusgusted in You Guys. The young lady the receptionist was extremely helpful after she called Tracy numerous times that Sunday, Tracy made us wait thee for a full hour .For them to have taken so long after they told us its paygenuis, paygenuis then told us its Tracy then they told us they waiting on the bank ,It Wa Just A Nightmare with these parties We just thankful that we got the refund after 2months.
