Poor management and service

I had booked online, on the website it advertised the infinity pool which we then find out the other pools other than the neglected pool at the restaurant was for villas only. We get to check in and once we get to our room it's on the ground floor and nothing like advertised. It was small with just a bed and bathroom which was tacky. Not the room I booked the only room available was double what I had paid and they were expecting me to pay to upgrade. I got my money back to check out but that doesn't not cover my time and day wasted aswell as petrol to travel specifically for some time away. Poor service and advertising on behalf of what your shown when you book as to what you get. Very disappointed. Not to mention the manager that was just sitting in his office watching while the front desk lady is making us wait for him to resolve this matter. Needless to say he was not bothered at all by the matter and never came to speak to us and try to resolve their mistake. He simply gave the front desk lady a nod to give us a refund. I'm sure the owners would not be happy to know that their manager does not care about loosing customers.
