Zandile is great, overall Mondo service lacks.

Overall excellent customer service from Zandile. Clear and thorough communication. My rating here reflects only on the service received from Zandile, not on the company as a whole.

I app**** for a new contract 7 days ago, was approved 5 days ago and had to call 4 times since then just to try and get an update, no attempt of communication from Mondo.

Once I finally got a call back from Zandile, service was smooth.
