Teron, thank you so much for assisting me this morning with the upgrade on the phone for my dad!!! You are a star and a real asset for your company. <br> <br> I requested a upgrade through Mondo and a very friendly lady advised me that Teron will phoning me back to assist. Teron phoned me within 10 minutes to assist me. Wow he not only helped me with the upgrade but even gave me advice on which handset I should consider for the current upgrade but also for my next upgrade at work.
