Yet another telesales lie - Mondo

In order to get a sale a telesales lady **** to us. We have since complained, they have checked the transcripts, they have ruled in our favour, cancelled the contract and yet we are still being charged for a contract that we are not using!!! When we call them to sort it out, we are told that this is between us and MTN. They are the ones that signed us in to this contract, my contract is with them, not MTN. They are contracted to MTN!!!
