Look here, im tired of calling your *********** agents that keep lying to me. I asked you to cancel the dam deal because you failed to deliver, I kept getting told that the deal has been cancelled. I just called MTN and they confirmed that no cancellation has been processed and they even sent me an email confirmation. I am giving you 24 hours to cancel this deal so that i can go into the MTN shop and get the phone. should this not happen, im escalating the matter to the consumer protection team, ill write a formal complaint to them about you because i am at risk of losing this special and you might even debit for a handset that i dont have.
