Wrong product delivered

I took an MTN online mobile wifi deal from them in November they send me the wrong device and data package and send a fixed router. They delivered it on 22 November and Since 22 November 2025 still struggling with the cancelation and also still decucted from my account in November and December. Would Not refer it to any, rather go onto MTN store yourself.
