Wrong contract given and no one wants to take responsibility
I upgraded my MTN contract and was just patient with the arrogant agent John, as I knew what I wanted and told him. To my surprise, he gave met eh wrong contract, and now neither Mondo nor MTN wants to correct it. Mondo says speak to MTN, MTN says speak to Mondo, yet I wasn't responsible for the *********** agent's mistake. I'm so disappointed.
