Write everything down to resolve query...in n book and not a piece of paper

Try to write the ref nr and persons surname and name down in a book cause i did write it on a piece of paper and could not find anything. Did not even had a number had to google. The only thing i can remember about the lady helping me was her surname and you know what....there where more then one with her surname.
