Worste 3rd Party Telecomunications Company

I would just like to inform the public of the poor service and disregard in which this company Mondo Mobile/Erwards Co opperates...

I was approached by them to take out a Hisense F24 Cell Phone Contract which had a Free Hisense 32" TV as a Promo Added device when you take out the cellphone contract.

I therefore took out 2 Hisense Cellphone contracts which i have received, but no Tvs..... which means i should receive 2x 32"Hisense Tvs with the Cellphone Contracts.

Up to date i never received my tvs, this company has sent me To MTN Direct, Teljoy, Hisense etc... Their Manager has been busy in Meetings for 2 weeks nonstop, Not giving me a hearing, Not even the President of this country has so many meetings like this manager...

I have never been so humiliated in my life,its almost Christmas and I promised my kids they will have their TVs..

I spoke with a Tyrone there, and with a Miranda, And with Amande Lubbe...

I have probably used more than R300 worth calling them repeatidly.
