WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service provider I had dealt with ever!!! Took an LTE-Advanced contract with Mondo on 24 April. Over the phone they claim delivery of the device will take place within 5 working days. Once they have debited R150.00 do you receive an SMS stating delivery will take place within 7-14 working days! Not what I signed up for and agreed on!!! As of today I have not received any communication from Mondo as to delivery of my device!! I have phoned in two times now both times being on hold for 30 minutes only to be told that they had a shortage of stock and delivery will take place soon. I still have not received any communication as to when that will be!! This is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with, with absolutely no customer support!!!!!!
