WORST SERVICE ... NO DELIVERY

I took out a contract with MTN via Mondo and eagerly awaited delivery until I was informed that the vehicle was hijacked . I contacted Buy Mondo to check if thy knew of the incident and apparently they don't .....I was then informed by MTN that Buy Mondo needs to resubmit my application with a new reference in order for MTN to pack and dispatch my order . I need to know when can I expect my delivery of the phone , router and MS package ? I have called all over with no luck . No one seems to know what to do or say …. Please assist?
