Worst Service I've Ever Experienced

I app**** for an contract phone on the 29th of May && was then contacted by MTN to say I was approved && that I shall receive the phone between 3 - 10 workings. I was then asked to email documents to Mondo && waiting for courier services to finalise it however it is the 21st of June && I have received nothing from mtn or Mondo about the phone.. I have called so many times && no help has come out of it.. I am truly disappointed in this poor service.
