WORST SERVICE EVER

I reported them here on hellopeter for them to attend to my query which i lodged with them long time ago. They sold me a cell phone contract with MTN claiming to be R199 for 20GIG only to find out that its only 10GIG. They sent me 2 sim cards with 10GIG each. I lodged a cancellation with them and their Hellopeter consultant by the name of Kim assisted me and confirmed that I do not owe MTN a cent only to find out that later that they only cancelled and I still need to pay the previous months. They acted friendly and professional but they were not doing what they promised me and they jeopardized my credit record. Now I cant buy on credit because MONDO pathetic sales person.
