Worst service EVER

If I was able to, I would not have given 1 star, this company, Mondo is so disappointing and dishonest.

I requested an upgrade online, never will I ever do that again! Mondo phoned me to finalise and I asked the lady twice to confirm that it is the device I wanted, which she confirmed on their recorded phone calls - they record it for 'quality purposes' - there is zero quality, they probably focus on quantity, that is why they are so dishonest.

I received the contract the next day and it was the wrong device.

I have been phoning the whole day, no one can push the button to correct this and now the wrong phone is on its way to me.

MTN - why do you use this service provider, they are useless and dishonest.

MTN's client care is not any better.

Now I am here to complain because even that is impossible at MTN and Mondo!
