WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Worst experience ever. Upgraded my sons phone and the consultant advised that with the upgrade I will get a watch. However now 2 weeks later and i am being told it was loaded incorrectly, firstly with a higher monthly installment and not a watch but a cover for the phone. I am being sent from pillow to post. Spent over 120minutes on the phone and still have no actual answer. When i ask to speak to am manager they always in a meeting, not in or busy.
