Worst experience!!!
I opened a contract deal with them on the 17th Jan 2022 for MTN unlimited router and sim card and the wrong package was delivered.
I then contacted them for cancellation on the 23rd of Jan 2022 and the contract cancellation was submitted, but I get calls from lawyers that I owe MTN because I am not paying and when I call Mondo they keep saying it is submitted and now its been 6 months.
