**** + Worst Customer Agent Experience

I had placed an application through the Mondo site under an MTN deal. This morning I was contacted by the rudest call centre rep I have ever came across. The deal was said to not exist and then have no stock, I told her its still on the Mondo website and then when I enquired when there will be a restock or a possibility of a back order she tried selling me something more expensive. She repeatedly cut me off and ended up telling me "I have nothing to do with the website" when I told her I am only interested in the deal I app**** for. She was so rude and perisistent on the same packages she wanted to sell me, not even letting me finish my sentences,speaking loudly over me with so much attitude, when I told her I am going to report her and requested her managers contact info,she hung up on me. I will rather go directly to MTN than deal with such horrible service, on a Monday morning even. Some people are too desperate and frustrated when dealing with rejection in sales. She needs intense training before dealing with people. Rather deal directly with service provider who wont **** you!!! Also I would never hire her. #RCO492761
