Worst company to deal with... EVER

Do not deal with this company. Their consultants "help you", but do not know what they are doing. They do not keep to their word. They are absolutely useless. i have spent over 10 hours on the phone with them over the past week, they have still yet to provide any real help. They are the worst company ever.

They failed to provide me with the breakdown of the minutes, i was told 250 minutes, not knowing only 125 of them are for mtn to any number.

I asked for the contract to be cancelled, they cancelled the sim.

I phoned back to then lay a complaint, they said that it will take 48 hours, hasn't happened.

I was told i will get a call with an update, has not happened.

Rather go directly to the network providers and not through them.

Useless.............. completely useless.......
