Worst company every stay away from Mondo

The most useless company I ever dealt with. I upgraded a contract in July wasn't happy with the devices and returned it to the store. Still waiting for them to reverse the upgrade up to now I am only getting excuse after excuse but they still expect me to pay for those phone every month. The lady I spoke to said it will be done last week and when I phoned on Friday they once again had excuses and told me it will be sorted this week. It's Wednesday already and to date no one got back to me.
