Worse service ever i will not recommend anyone to Mondo
I apply the contract with Mondo on the 18 January 2023 I got the wrong phone i call them back to report i got wrong phone i return the phone to MTN store and cancel the contract, but month end i got bill for R11 000 they promised to cancel the contract till today they didn't cancel it some guy Name Sanele Dlamuka say that its will be done in 21 days. I been calling Mondo ever since i just get promise after promise also last week i call again i spoke with David he promised to call me back on Friday with feedback no call
