Worse Service EVER

Worst service in the world, stay away from them.

I order a Telkom WiFi router from them four weeks ago and was charged the admin fee and subsequently received an sms saying everything is successful and will received the router in 7 to 14 working days. I called them last week to find out about the delivery and I was told that they do not have any stock currently of the item and should follow up in a weeks time if I have not revived it as yet. I called them today and i am told that my application has been declined and I should have received an sms saying so but I did not.

I am very disappointed that I had told follow up with them for a product they where selling me and will not be recommending them to anyone.
