World class service from Disebo and Nthabiseng Vodacom customer care

I have since been frustrated with Vodacom but after having a problem with my network issues I realized that the problem is not with companies but individuals who work for companies.I was assisted by the 2 lovely ladies Nthabiseng and Sisebo.Even though we got cut with Nthabiseng she made an effort to call me back and check if I still needed help.With Disebo she was very friendly and patient with me and my problem.She went out of her way to make sure I was assisted with my problem.She showed empathy and even went as far as reversing my airtime for the Data I bought but could not use.She did not treat me as a transaction.Shw cared.Because of such service and these lovely ladies I am choosing to stay with Vodacom.You guys are amazing.Thank you Disebo and Nthabiseng.
