Wifi Router now working

I purchased a wireless router from vodacom on Wednesday 7th of October 2015, the router was delivered on Friday 9th of October, iattempted to install and activate the product to no avail, with no joy until monday 12th October i contacted the vodacom call centre and was assisted by a friendly consultant (Jonathan Subban) who solved my problem, now i have connectivity and look forward to doing business with vodacom in future.
