Where my data?
I feel like I have been ****med by Mondo!
I was promised a 60g day bundle with a 10g social media bundle and a 30g night bundle.
I am not receiving the data I was promised. I am only receiving a 30g day bundle with a 10g video and 30g night bundle.
They did an investigation but send their response 10 days later at 16:59. The call centre is closed so I can’t actually find out more information as it is not business hours anymore. What type of service is this?
